1----- Allowing the using of Mobil phone will disturb the class. It indeed hiddens the pace of learning as students may just always talk. They will not take care of what the teacher says and thus their result will have a downturn.

2----- Mobile phone is a luxury. Some people will bring into envy. They may steal the Cell phone, causing a disclipline disrupt and property loss in the class. Teachers may need to spend time to deal with this problem, causing a waste of time of study. Moreover, the relationship between classmates worsens, contributing to a downturn of study attitude.

3----- The charge of mobile phone is expensive.

4----- Radiation causes effect on us.
