there are a lot of drug that will cause handshake too, eg, lower blood pressure drug like the calcium channel blocker, a lot of the drug which affect the cardiovascular system will cause you handshake, nitric oxide (NO), when you are lack of glucose,

Anyway, a lot of drug that affect centrally will cause you handshake, eg prolong use of opioid drug, many of the sleeping pill will cause you handshake.

when you are dehydrated, Parkinson (very characteristic hand shake), hypotension, hypertension, aging....

I general, handshaking is a signal of you loosing control over the body...
