Introduction

Good morning/afternoon everyone. Today the motion is cell phones should be allowed in schools. We are the proposition side. We strongly agree this motion.

Points

Firstly, focus on the use of cell phones...
1) When there is emergency calls, students will not miss them
2) If students need to call somebody for emergency, they can do it immediately

Secondly, focus on the effect if cell phones are allowed...
3) Students can take note with the help of cell phones
4) They can take a photo of what they have learnt
5) They have more freedom, which can help them learn to have self-control

The Opposition side may have such points:
1) The students may text during lessons and cannot concentrate

Then you can have this rebutal:
Students would still text during lessons even if they are not allowed to use cell phones in schools.
Also, this can help them control themselves.
