Some suggested ways to protect your developing pain:
1) You need to have a good posture of sitting when you are using a computer or mobile phone.
2) You should have a regular stop when using the computer and mobile phones, at least 30mins has a 1min rest.
3) If the pain is really really painful, stop doing what you are doing now and rest(like sleeping and sitting).
The above suggestions are just my opinions, you may correct it if you do not like...
