-節日的名稱: Doing Nothing Day

-節日的日期: Declared your own day, once or twice a year, usually 2 weeks before your most tie-down period.

-點解要有這個節日: Escape from overloaded daily life and achieve balance both physically and mentally.

-在這節日可以做什麼: Doing nothing, or doing things you are not allowed to or not encouraged to do in normal days, such as watching TV, playing games, surfing on web, killing time, hea ....

-起源: Either kids or adults, our daily life are full of schedules, works to do, duties to fulfill, time must use on doing "meaningful" things with tangible results, in fact, it is quite sick and need a day-off to claim down.

This festival can make the people be happy because dessert can let the people more sanguine.Although eat a lot of dessert is not good for us,it is only one day so it is sensible.We will not be so ill health.

在這節日可以做什麼:
We can wear some clothes have some dessert pictures.Such us
ice-cream,chocolate,fries,jelly,candy and so on.We can also have a big discount of dessert like 50% sale.Besides,We can have some competition of dessert.For example drawing competition,painting competition,cooking competition,slogan create competition ect.

起源:
I want to have this festival because I think Hong Kong people working and working.They don't have enough time to relax themselves.Therefore,I design this festival to all of you to have a chance to relax.
