Use chain rule to tackle the problemy = 4cos(sin(sqrtx)))
dy/dx = 4 d[cos(sin(sqrtx))]/d(sin(sqrtx)) X d(sin(sqrtx))/d(sqrtx) X d(sqrtx)/dx
= 4 [-sin(sin(sqrtx))][cos(sqrtx)] 1/[2sqrt(x)]
= -2[cos(sqrtx)][sin(sin(sqrtx))] / (sqrt(x))
