Pork Chops 600 g
Onion 1 pc
Corn Starch 5 tablespoons
Salad Oil 5 tablespoons
Mix (A):
Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Meat tenderizer 1/2 tea spoon
Water 2 tablespoons
Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
White pepper 1/4 tea spoon
Mix (B):
Water 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil a few drops to taste
Steps:
1) Place cleaned-and-tenderized (with meat-hammer) pork chops in bowl,
season with Mix (A), leave for 10 minute then add in 2 table spoons
of salad oil, stir again. slice onion.
2) Spread sliced onion on a big plate, add 3 table spoons of salad oil,
saute to golden with 100% power.
3) wrap pork chops with corn starch and place on onion slices, evenly dress
with Mix (B), cover with saran wrap, cook for 5 minutes with 100% power.
