中文:我已經寄禮物給你了
請問我是要說i have sent the gift to you

還是i have been sent the gift to you

這兩句差別在哪QQ?

應寫成：I have sent a gift to you.

不要用定冠詞，除非對方知道那件禮物是指什麼。

I have been sent a gift.的動詞是被動態。是指有人送了禮物給我。
意思是Someone has sent a gift to me.
你原來的第二句文法有誤。

應該用第一句: I have sent the gift to you.

I have been sent the gift to you: 當中的BEEN 是被動式, 即是說: 我被送了禮物給你!
