Your probably referring to Venture capital where your investing in pre-IPO companies which is more lucrative. Look for venture capital companies around your area or your have to move to Sand Hill Capital in Palo Alto, New York or technology centers which like to invest in pre IPO companies. You can also try working for Investment Banks on Wall Street or specialized banks that work with Venture Capital companies to help fund start up companies. Good luck!
