glass is not able to get into the heart unless you physically put it their,

ie you could IV inject small glass crystal to the central line...

or surgically place the glass into the heart...

I really don't know why you want to do that...

if it was the small crystal that enters the heart, it will depend the how shape the edge it, and the shape... noone would be able to tell what will happen if a piece of glass crystal entered the heart... it depends on your luck!
