Proteases are a number of enzymes which helps proteolysis. However, since proteases themselves are also enzymes, a kind of protein, and they helps the breakdown of amino acid, not specific kind of protein molecules, would they catalyse themselves (A breakdown B, B breakdown C, etc) and they are not entirely reusable?
更新1:
As I know, proteases have their active site for the bondings between amino acid, the formation of proteins, not specific protein molecules. Perhaps your hypothesis is not entirely correct, but whatever, thank you for answering.
