Although we have to keep our relationship secret and (that's why) he has changed his facebook identity/ username, I think he'll be my Mr. Right.

ie: but he had change his status on his facebook account. (status is the contition)
who is he? This sentence is correct.
I thought (should be present tense) he will be my MR. RIGHT (better not be in capital letters).

And is HAD CHANGED for missed correction.
