2. They are in deep water now. (It is really hard to pull them back to their starting point, in another words, they are in deep trouble, or in deep sh*t)

3. Don't sandwich me between the both of you (Don't put me in between, usually refers to a conflict, and when you do not what to get involve, you say this)

1, = unemployed 失業
2. = in trouble or difficulty 在困境中,在危難中
