what do you think are the most important inventions? 有無文法的錯誤? 我問過外國老師,他說是對的,但是為什麼有兩個動詞think 和are?

what do you think are the most important inventions?應該去掉助動詞do改為What you think are the most important inventions? 比較合文法‧
把子句you think括弧起來比較清楚
What (you think) are the most important inventions?
句子真正的動詞是are , 而think是從屬子句的動詞‧

簡單來說是兩組句子...
1. What do you think....
2. (what) are the most important inventions....
有時候, 很多句子也不加上that字... 如果你仔細看下灼, 其實是2句的句子連在一起.
I think she should do it = I think that she should do it.
在以上的例子, 你便知道為何有人個verb.
