because I just came to NYC, I didn't go to middle school in th US,
I'm now in a public high school, because last year they said I was to young to take the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test .
Now I want to go to the three Specialized High Schools in NYC,(when I'm 10th grade)
I don't know what to do, cuz the test was in November ,
and I want to transfer to those school, anything that I can do?

You can ask for an out of cycle test through your school, but it doesn't have to be granted. If you were already in school during the time of the testing in November, it will take a special case for you to be considered. Speak to someone at the school, teacher, counselor, or principal about getting placed or taking the exam out of cycle. Good luck.

Speak to your guidance counselor but as far as I know test results are necessary for admission and giving the test late is almost never an option in the NYC public schools for the specialized high schools.
