快餐,其特點是在食物烹飪的過程特別快,比正統的餐館所製作食物的時間要少得多;這一賣點通常被認為比較適合都市人或上班族的選擇。



快餐通常是手指食物, 不需要用匙子或筷子。

和國外的認識不同,中式快餐肯定是需要筷子的。目前國內快餐的盛裝方式主要為一次性快餐盒,通過一次性筷子進食。中國人對快餐的認識主要體現在一個快字上面。中式餐飲的製作是複雜的,而快餐則不需要消費者等待這個餐飲製作的 時間,直接食用或者通過微波爐簡單加工就可以食用。


在歐洲的中國餐館的食物都比較昂品和烹飪時間較長, 所以我們希望引入中式快餐到歐洲, 使外國人可以享用美味和便宜的中式快餐

Fast food refers to finger food normally, one doesn’t need to use spoons or chopsticks.

Chopsticks are definitely have to be used when consuming Chinese fast food. Currently the packaging method of Mainland China fast food style is to put all of the food into one box, then the customer can consume them all at one time by using chopsticks. The main point that the Chinese realizes about fast food is based on only one word – fast. The process of Chinese cooking is complicated, and the fast food consumers do not have to wait for the entire process to be finished. They can eat the food right away or use the microwave oven to heat it up.

The Chinese restaurants in Europe are more expensive and the processing time is longer, thus if we imbue the Chinese fast food to Europe , then the foreigners can enjoy delicious Chinese food at a very reasonable price.

Fast food is often referred to as finger food in the west as it is commonly eaten by hand without the use of utensils like forks or chopsticks.

Unlike its western counterpart, Chinese fast food is commonly eaten with chopsticks. In mainland China, fast food is mainly served in disposable containers and eaten with disposable chopsticks.

In general, cooking of Chinese food takes a long preparation time, so the short preparation time of Chinese fast food make it a unqiue form of food sevice in China. Without the need to wait a long time for the food to be prepared, consumers in China may now enjoy a meal straight from the packaging or after brief reheating with microwave.

Chinese restaurants in Europe are known for serving food that is pricy and takes a long time to cook. Therefore, we plan to introduce Chinese fast food to Europe to offer the consumers there a more affordable and agreeable choice.
