(如果是你對人說你想更改預訂資料):

2. i would like to correct the booking information.

對房間類型的要求: my expected room is/ the room i want is for

客人生病:
the customer becomes ill.

The room isnt ready yet.
or
The room is been prepared.

Would you mind to move to another instead?

or
