How to make blue eyes look brighter?

MAKEUP
1. Eyeshadow in shades of brown, copper and gold will have the strongest effect as these are contrasting colors. Orange/terracotta, as individual color or as an undertone in browns, will make blue eyes pop. Purples/lavender, rich burgundies, and dark greens are the other colors that will play up the blue in your eyes.

2. Eyeliner in dark brown will quickly bring out the blue in your eyes while maintaining a more natural look. Black eyeliner, especially when used on upper and lower lines, will create a strong frame that brings focus to the blue eyes.

3. A small amount of blue mascara to the tip of black lashes adds a flare of drama that will also enhance your blue eyes.

OTHER WAYS
1. Hair - lighter highlights around the face, and/or, cut bangs.
2. Tanning (sunless, please) - blue eyes are even more striking against darker skin.
3. Clothes - blue color pieces will bring out the blue in your eyes enormously; purples/lavender/lilac compliments blue eyes really well.

Try doing the Smokey Eye, it's blacks, purples, greys, and browns.
Pretty much those colours are the ones that make my eyes pop. (I have blue eyes too!)
Although I suggest you don't wear purple alone, I find that it just looks over the top!
Also, wear black eyeliner, dark blue eyeliner, and emerald green eyeliner. All of those make your eyes pop. And wear black mascara.
