有急事未能登機，要寫信去航空公司証明不能登機，封信點寫?

好坦白講一句, 如果你買左平價套票, 就算你寫咩原因信, 都唔會退錢比番你. 旅行社叫你咁做, 相信都係敷衍你.

先講機票, 點解平, 因唔可以比你改, 除非係你本人(去左), 如果唔係, 都唔可以退票.
至如酒店, 除非旅行社未丕式send 文件去酒店confirm, 如果唔係, 一經confirm, 你想退錢, 都無乜chance.

再講, 要証明你有急事,,,搭唔到班飛機,,,唔一定要寫英文, 寫中文都得.

first, you can not ask for cancellation.

the travel agency told you to write is push you away from them..... they should know it is nothing you can do to get the money back...

second, can you change the date for vacation? with that you may able to switch the date and pay extra in the difference...
