持PRC護照如何在香港申請美國簽證

我是國内江蘇的女子，與先生（香港人）結婚兩年，有一嵗半的女兒，6月中老公的弟弟在美國的大學畢業，他希望全家人去參加他的畢業典禮，另外老公的爺爺嫲嫲，兩個姑姐，還有一個妹妹都是美國公民，而老公的爸爸媽媽，還有弟弟和小妹，包括他自己都有美國綠卡，請問我可否在香港申請去美國的旅遊簽證？

Regardless wether where should you apply for a Tourist Visa.

You should not be able to get 1.

Reason is simple, you whole family in your husband side is either US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, and you are a women.

That translate to you have a high chance that you will stay in US and never leave. That violate the non-migration intented clause of Tourist Visa.

If you have to try, you will need to go back to your home country and get a Visa done, they will only issue you a tourist visa (Non-immigrant) in your homeport.

If you wish to apply K-1 or anything like that, you can do it in HK tho

because you are not legal HK resident, you have to apply visa from nearest Canton US embassy.

but since your husband is USA green card holder, why not he apply you mmigrat to US? it will takes about 2 years for proccessing..
