on time 意思:at the correct time or the time that was arranged. 準時
eg. In Japan the trains are always on time.
在日本，火車總是很準時。
in time 意思:
early or at the right time. 及時
eg. They arrived in time for dinner.
他們及時來吃晚飯。
in time 亦可解作 在那段時間之內 。
