怎樣打一封因搬屋而轉校的轉校信?

原本家住在市區, 近來搬往新界. 想幫讀緊中二的女兒轉校, 但不知道怎樣寫一封轉校信. 可否幫忙借來參考一下? 謝謝!

Just think of the following few lines for your reference:

- My daughter, XXX, is now studying S2 in YYY Secondary School, Kowloon City However, as we have moved our house to Fanling a month ago, it now takes her more than 2 hours to go to school. As a reult, it has greatly shortened her studying time at home.

- Your school is within walking distance from our house.

- I would be grateful if you would consider to her a place in S2 in your school.

- She ia an active and diligent student with good academic results.

- Attached is her school reports of term 1 and 2 in S1 .
