If not, change to PDF format. Download program "PDF redirect" from www.download.com and install. Than you will have any printer "PDF", It use like a printer but the output is PDF format.

or download "infa view" to open the pricture than save as another file. choose JPEG format and option to reduce the resoluation. The size may be reduce over 70% depand on your orginal picture format.

網上空間可以幫到你，不過建議你用密碼壓縮或者係EXCEL裏面加上密碼。隨便上傳其中一個空間，上傳完畢，留意畫面會有一個檔案連結顯示出來，複製該連結給對方便可。
