Flares in sunrise/sunset pix

When I take sunrise or sunset pictures, there are some red and green spots underneath the sun which are flares. How do I avoid getting those flares from the picture? I tried to add a polarizing filter to avoid having these reflections in the picture, but the problem still exists. Any advices will be highly appreciated.

第一件事最好等個太陽唔好咁光既時候影.越光越容易有flare.
另外最好除走晒啲保護鏡,UV瀘鏡等等,越多鏡片又係越衰的.我試過影到幾個太陽.
最後就係縮細啲光圈影,我會建議最多收到f16,因為再細就容易有繞射張相會變得唔sharp.
Flare有時同鏡頭品質有關,未必可以完全解決得晒,但有啲抗Flare好既鏡頭可能其他方面又唔係咁理想.有時只好當佢係一個效果啦.
