我估黑色圓和黑色方表示short-sighted female和male
白色表示non short-sighted

so they must have an allele for non short sighted eye.
Their son, "E" , has short sighted.
He must have at least one allele for short sighted eye, which is received from at least one of his parents.
Therefore, at least one of "A" or "B" must be heteroxygous.
In heteroxygous condition, the recessive phenotype is not expressed.
Therefore, short-sight allele is the recessive allele.
