孩子入英藉手價續

本人及太太都有獲得居英權計劃下的証書, 但仍未領取英國護照, 我的兒女在之後才出生, 請問如何為他們取得居英權証書或護照,以便留學

Depend on how and when you got your UK Residence.

If you got the Residence via UK Citizenship act 1981, then chances for your kids to get Citizenship is low to none. As by then, citizenship is not transferable. There are law change talking about this issue now, you should stick around and look if it changes in anybit.

If you got the Resdience by Citizenship act in 1996, then the only thing you need to do is to register your Citizenship in UK, that mean you need to make 1 trip to UK and register as UK citizen, your child could register the citizenship with your, depends on the criteria on how you get your Citizenship, sadly you didn't say much here, so i cannot comment further.

If my kid is now 18 years old and I got my Certificate of Registration in 1995. Can my kid got the British Citizen too.
