Hulk is the strongest.
Spider-Man can lift 10 tons (optimal) While that's incredibly strong, it's still the weakest of the 3.
Iron man can lift around 50 tons in certain suits of armor.
Hulk is registered at around 100 tons, but that's fairly innaccurate. He has limitless strength, which makes him the strongest of all comic characters. Everyone else has a set strength, but Hulk can continually grow stronger as needed. Generally anger triggers it, but any extreme emotion can set him off.
When it comes to a fight, Hulk would crush them both, even if they teamed up. He's fought them both before, and Spider-Man has done better than Iron man has. Spidey knows he can't stand up to Hulk, so he focuses on keeping the damage to a minimum, keeping bystanders safe, and distracting Hulk until someone more powerful comes along.
Iron Man has built multiple sets of "hulkbuster" armor in the hopes of stopping the Jade Giant, it has failed every time. Hulk peels Iron man out of the armor like it was a sardine can. Iron man can fly, but that's not helpful when the Hulk can jump 30 -50 miles in a sinlge leap. His blasters can't do much damage and Hulk has a healing factor that negates any damage that is done. Iron man once created nanobots that were supposed to inhibit the Hulk genes, but they were never tested on Hulk, so no idea if they'd work.
If it were a battle royale, Hulk would win, with Spidey coming in 2nd. He's beaten Iron man a few times before, and could do so again if necessary. Iron Man for all his power and abilities, can't match up to a natrually created Super hero.
