Apartments near Georgetown University?

Break out your wallet. The best part of Georgetown is the Historic Downtown. Those townhouses sell normally for $800,000+ on a bad day. You can probably find some apartments in a decent area around Georgetown for $900-$1,400 a month, which is pretty cheap for the area. I would recommend avoiding certain parts of Georgetown, just as everywhere else there are the good and bad areas. Look a little further outside of the area, and there should be some cheaper nicer places to stay.... unless you can afford the historic places. In that case, all the power to ya! Good luck...
