I want to improve my english listening skill, I know that watching english programme is a good way to train our lisening skill, but it is hard for me to watch the TV news on TV like pearl or atv, so I would like to watch english programme on the internet.
However, most of the english programme on the internet do not hae subtitle, are there any websites provide english programme (news or documentaries) with subtitle?

I don't mind watching the news without subtitles. I want to watch the news from the internet too, particularly the USA news.Can you put up the links of those websites that broadcast the news in English language ?

Well dilloncyh, watching news on TV is the best way to learn english. Why? The english used in the news is simple in choice of words and the most standardized in pronounication. Watching news is most recommanded by English teachers.
