公司要換電腦,Windows 轉用Windows 7,請問可唔可以安裝及使用Office 2000 Prof. 因為用緊Access software,data 唔知可唔可以covert to Office 2007 Prof, 驚有問題,請幫忙吓,盡快回覆及如果有其他意見,都可以呀.

When your company design to swap the operating system they should run a trial test for your case try this.

1. get one spare machine which should deal with daily operation.

2. get a new machine for the test, or install the windows 7 on to that machine.*

* for existing machine upgrade to windows 7 you need to make sure all hardware work properly.

3. Install all your existing software onto the new system see how it goes and ask the end user to run UAT (user acceptance test) before you deploy the new system.Otherwise you have huge issue from your boss!
