When a number is divisble by 6 , the sum of digits is divisble by 3 , and it is an even number.when x = 3 , x36 or 3x6 , 2 cases
when x = 6 , 3x6 , x36 , 36x , 63x , 4 cases
when x = 9 , x36 or 3x6 , 2 cases
Total 8 cases is divisble by 6
There are 3! * 9 = 54 cases
P(E) = 8/54 = 4/27
