求膝頭MRI報告翻譯

本人打籃球時左膝向內扭而受傷, 照了MRI, 可否翻譯報告翻譯

Mild to moderate left knee joint effusion. Features of meniscal tear at the body of lateral meniscus extending to the free edge. No definite bony, osteochondral or ligamentous injury demonstrated.

A small well-defined mildly lobulated T1 hypointense and T2 hyperintense bony lesion is noted in distal left femoral metaphysis, likely non-aggressive in nature

Abnormal increase signal intensity is noted in vertivally across the body of lateral meniscus extending to the free edge which appears blunted.

我不是醫科生，對運動創傷有少許認識，只用一般翻譯方法試下，希望幫到你了解病情。而一般診所的骨科醫生俾REPORT 你時都會同你講解，想準確D可以打返去問多次。

內容分3部份：

1。簡述病情：
輕微至中等的左膝蓋關節積聚液體。特徵是外側半月板上的半月板軟骨撕裂延伸到分離的未端。沒有明確的骨性，軟骨或者韌帶的損傷。

2。以高低信號分析：
注意到T1 圖的低信號有一小個清晰的輕微多葉狀，和T2 圖的高信號有骨性病變在左股骨幹骺端*的未端，可能是屬於非侵略性。

3。以信號強度分析：
注意到信號強度反常的增強，位置在垂直對齊外側半月板上伸到分離的未端，這顯示它鈍了。
