using f'(x) to find f(x)

The graph of a derivative f '(x) is shown in the figure below. This is not the graph of f(x).

Fill in the table of values for f(x) given that f(0) = 2.

首先我們要先知道f(x)與f'(x)的關係


f(x)=∫f'(x)dx +f(0)

而∫f'(x)dx 就是f'(x)到x的area(正負也要考慮)

所以
f(0)=2
f(1)=2+(-1/2)=1.5
f(2)=f(1)+(-1)=0.5
f(3)=f(2)+(-1)=-0.5
f(4)=f(3)+(-0.5)=-1
f(5)=f(4)+(0.5)=-0.5
f(6)=f(5)+1=0.5

而∫f'(x)dx 就是curvef'(x)與x-axis所構成的area(正負也要考慮)
