What's the definition of smallclass teaching?
And what is the advantages of smallclass teaching?I'm on a debate on friday.
Can anyone help?
I only think a few points:
1.able to give attention to students
2.more time to give feedback individuall
3.more presentation and disscussions
4.more time for sharing
5.more chances to ask questions
6.more job opportunities
7.more focused in class

There is not an exact definition of small class teaching. However, a teaching class having 25 students or less can be said to be a small class.Advantages:
- less workload for the teachers in essay correction,etc
- closer monitoring by the teachers.
- more time and opportunity to have one to one inter-action.
- better response from students.
- students of more or less level can be grouped into one class.
- more convenient for out-door activities such as in transportation, etc.
- teachers spare more time in interview with parents.
- easy for teachers to organize group discussions or projects.
