try to right click on My computer > properties > hardware > device manager > select "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" > right click on "Generic USB Hub" and uninstall it. This action will remove the existing USB Hub driver from your system then reboot your PC and plug the USB Hub back let the system reinistall the driver for you.

For this tiny USB Hub which cost you $40-100 if it still not work better to get the new one instead of get it repair (save the travel money and time)
