If you unable to get in to safe mode you might need to run Acer system repair or reformat your notebook try the following and see it help you to fix the problem or not.

Power Up your notebook

2. When you see Acer logo screen HOLD "ALT" key and press "F10" 3-5 times that should bring up Acer eRecorvery

3. click "Restore to Factory Default Settings"

4. click "OK" to continue

5. will take about 10 -20 mins

6. Once the program finish press "OK" to reboot your machine

Reminder : All Data will be gone after factory restore which mean will back to day one setting when you purchase your system.
