基本上, 加拿大既時區可以分為: pacific time <UTC -8>(British Columbia, Yukon Territory), Mountain Time <UTC-7>(Alberta, Northeast Territory), Central Time Zone<UTC-6>(Saskatchewan, Manitoba), Eastern Time<UTC-5>(Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick), Atlantic Time<UTC-4>()Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island) and New foundland Time<UTC-3.5>(New Foundland)

但由於canada 係行冬令時間, 所以每逢11 月既第一個星期日, 會將時間調慢1 hr. 而到3 月左右, 就會調快番1hr, 變番正常時間. 假如依家係行緊冬令時間的話, toronto 就會係01:41 pm, hk 就會係02:41 am. 但假若依家係夏令時間的話, toronto 就會係02:41 pm, hk 就會係02:41 am.

In conclusion:
正常黎講(夏令時間), Vancouver 同 hk 差15hrs ; Toronto 同 hk 差12 hrs.
唔正常黎講(冬令時間), Vancouver 同 hk 差16hrs ; Toronto 同 hk 差13 hrs.
