我們的連續生日使我們做成了好朋友...在我們4個之中,年紀最小的我趁著這機會送一首歌給你們!!祝我們生日快樂!!!

You can say:My dear friends... Today's activity is right on the day we were born... Yoyo, your birthday is on the 22th of April. Emily, your birthday is on the 23th of April. Suki, yours is on the 24th of April. And mine... is on the 25th of April.
Beacause of our special birthdates... We beacame friends... As the youngest one, I would like to give a song to all of you, to wish us all a Happy Birthday!!!
