would you consider going to Sheung Shui... A patient & qualified teacher (grade 8 trinity cert) with reasonable price( $ 600/ 45min*4 lessons)...
I thinking going to big music store is not good enough as the teacher is a staff not really teaching you with heart...
hope u can find a good teacher and enjoy the drum music

u can just go to any tom lee store or any music sotres. they often provide draum learning courses.
if u really want some professionals, u need to approach people in bands.
but of course, it also depends on whether u just want to learn playing rock band that kind of drums or syphomic band that kind of percussion drums.
