如果我本人月入約1萬蚊到.. 如果2人聨名約兩萬收入會更好
想供一個$100萬的二手住宅

如做9成按偈
或 9成半按偈 銀行會否做到..?
每月供多少...?

問做9成或9成半按偈可否張物業出租,,,..供的利息是否有變...?

做9成或9成半按偈不可張物業出租,出租物業只按七成,供的利息是貴過正常的,出租亦須得銀行批准!

No. HKMC (not the bank) does not allow property for rent. HKMC only allows property for self use. The max. no. of property on hand is 2 nos. and each of one should be at least occupied by 1 of the property owner.

yellow one are those income below 10,000 (i.e. only 1 person)
blue one are those above 10,000 (i.e. required 2 people)
