how to be an actress?

so do you all know TVB? Television Broadcasts Limited ? i wanna ask what's the qualification to get into TVB? or if you all dont know, could i possibly know what's the important aspect of being an actress? does look really count a lot?

i'll teach you a fast and easy way. Go for miss hong kong. Even if you don't win but get into the finals, for sure they will give you a contract although the wages will be lower than if you really become miss hong kong. But at least you can become an actress that way.
