電腦突然停止畫面(死機).求助

常見故障原因(一)：開機時無顯示畫面
　　此類故障一般是因為顯示卡與主機板接觸不良或主機板插槽有問題造成的。對於市面上一些內建顯示晶片的主機板，如果顯示存取記憶體與主記憶體共用的話，則需註意記憶體條位，一般在第一個記憶體插槽上應插有記憶體。
一．畫面
1.沒有任何顯示畫面
1.1檢查信號線：接頭是否斷裂彎曲（接頭卡端及顯示器端均需檢查），如有彎曲可使用工具矯正再進去行連接。
1.2檢查電源：是否接通？顯示器端、插座端及電源線是否鬆脫，斷裂。
1.3檢查顯示卡：如果是顯示卡損壞（電腦報警一長兩短）或顯示器斷線等原因造成沒有信號傳送到顯示器，則顯示器的指示燈會不停地閃爍（ 橙色燈）提示沒有接收到信號。要是將解析度設得太高，超過顯示器的最大解析度也會出現無顯示，影響顯示器壽命，但現在的顯示器都有保護功能，當解析度超出設定值時會自動保護
1.4顯示器的亮度及對比度調整旋鈕是否在適中位置（如果太暗會看不見畫面）。
1.5內部高／低壓電源故障。
2.電腦開機後，顯示器只聞其聲不見其畫，漆黑一片。要等上幾十分鍾以後才能出現畫面：這並不是顯示器內部受潮，而是顯像管座漏電所 致，須更換管座，拆開後蓋可以看到顯像管尾的一塊小電路板，管座就焊在電路板上。小心拔下這塊電路板，再焊下管座，到電子商店買回一個同樣的管座，然後將管座焊回到電路板上。這時不要急於將電路板裝回去，要先找一小塊砂紙，很小心地將顯像管尾後凸出的管腳 用砂紙擦拭乾淨。特別是要注意管腳上的氧化層，如果擦得不乾淨很快就會舊病復發。將電路板裝回去就大功告成。

你可以先嘗試洗機，再用下，如果真係唔得就請專門人士上門整。


（死機的原因有很多.其中機箱有灰塵...硬件壞了....温度等等,
所以要定期清理灰塵，，同埋1日開機唔好開咁耐，唔係溫度過熱又會導至死機，同電腦速度慢 ）

and find out which method would suitable for your case
--you might consider to reinstall your Window if and only if everything don't work
--if you decide to take your computer to a repairman and you have somethings
secrets on your hard drive, then I suggest you buy a new hard drive instead
of repair
--but I strongly suggest you try to do the repair by yourself even you might
not success at the beginning, get the experiment so you know what to do
next time

According to your case try to do the following:

1. when you power up your PC keep press "F8" couple time and try to get in to "Save Mode"

2. Use your existing antivirus software to scan you Hardisk for any virus attack.

3. After finish restart your PC see its back to normal or not

If problem remain it might cause by your CPU overheat

Try to get in your BIOS and see hows the CPU temperature.

If you are using manfacturing PC (eg. Dell, Lenovo...etc) can call their service center to come to replace the parts for you on next business day.
