Assume max current in the primary circuit, power delivered to the transformer= 200 x 15 w = 3000 w
Hence, power delivered at the secondary circuit = 3000 w
Since each light bulb comsumes 40 w of power
hence, no of light bulbs to consume 3000 w
= 3000/40 = 75
The answer is option E
