Eyeliner on the waterline?

I recommend Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel eyeliner. This is the most pigmented dark eyeliner that I have ever tried.

I have literally bought probably over ten different eyeliners and none can compete ei this one. It stays in the waterline all day. No like, no joke.

I have never found an eyeliner that could do that. That is exactly why I`m sticking with this one. It comes in a little pot with a brush.

I highly recommend this to you. It also comes in purple, gray, black, or brown. Gel liner is awesome, if you haven`t tried it yet, give it a try.

You can buy at any drugstore or Walmart for around seven to ten dollars. Hope I helped.

You can't really prevent how the water on your waterline takes the eyeliner off. However, you should buy a Lancome eyeliner in a shade of black and apply it very dramatically. It will stay on longer, and if it washes off just reapply it. Hope i helped!

Use waterproof eyeliner, also use solid eyeliner rather then liquid.

Waterproof mascara -- applied with thin brush and small strokes.

Use a good, professional, waterproof eyeliner. If that doesn't work, I suggest you stop putting it on your waterline. Just apply eyeliner on your bottom lashline.

I personally only like putting eyeliner on my top lashline.
