想問UGC,top-up,self-finance的分別?
top-up同self-finance都要比錢讀,有咩唔同(張cert/老師/配套)?
top-up同ugc除左錢方面唔同,有咩唔同(張cert/老師/配套)?

如果你仲諗到有咩difference都可以講~

其實即使UGC,top up定self finance,都要有錢先收,top up既話張cert係寫top up,老師,配套,其實都係果班人,無分別

主要都係錢既分別,老師都係果班,配套都係果間學校所提供
