The banks can provide 24 hours email service to answer the inquiries of the customers.There are a lot of hyperlinks appear on the bank website which makes the customers hard to find what kind of service they need. There are too many web pages appear on the website simultaneously.
Some of the real-time financial information does not appear on the web page.
