請教一些英文價錢/年份既讀法....

跟英文其他and的寫法一樣，去到所謂的尾二項後便and最後一項。讀數字都一樣，所以一般在十位下或個位或毫仙位才and的，但亦未必一定。

如$1002020例子，
one million two thousand and twenty
但如果是$1002000
one million two thousand或one million and two thousand都唔會話錯的。

另外千位數美國人鍾意用百位hundred說：
$2200應該是two thousand two hundred
但美語會說
twenty two hundred - 廿二個百
主要原因是可以講少一個字，不過只會在說話上用，不會用來寫支票或作文。

and

will be call one Million, two thousand and twenty dollars

你頭兩個都正確

通常數子最未的整數會加and

e.g. $1900 - One thousand and nine hundred
$18054 - Eighteen thousand and fifty four
$150.30 - One hundred fifty and thirty cents

所以...你的數目如: 1,002,020就會讀成One million two thousand and twenty. 如果照你咁寫冇加and, 寫支票時就會很危險比人係後面加$.

And之後的數目就是最後完結的數字.

有些外國人將零讀為O (奧), 好似2010除了Two thousand and ten 外,可以讀為
Two O one O (簡化了)
