我想問
為可响Incomplete record 內 要用什麼加起來先等於Sales 及 Purchases?
以我所知係
Sales=Debtors之Receipt+(今年end debtors - 上年end debtors)
Purchases=Creditors之Payment+(今年end creditors - 上年end creditors)
但係咪有時要加回Drawing,cash,discount allowed ,discount receipt?
同埋可唔可以列明Sales 可以加咩及減咩,Purchases 可以加咩及減咩,
可以等我唔明都可以背式,做到數.

Sales - Discount Allowed = Receipt(Debtors) (including cheque and cash)+ Closing Debtors - Opening DebtorsPurchases - Discount Received = Payment (Creditors) (including cheque and cash)+ Closing Creditors - Opening Creditors
基本上Sales同Purchases好似一面鏡，問題係你企在鏡邊度？
