How to play l4d2 (pc) through steam but locked from region?

I have bought left 4 Dead 2 from Hong Kong and i activiated the game from Hong Kong. Now i am back to England and i tries to download L4d2 from steam (becasue i used different PC) and then it wont let me becasue it says 'this game is valid in a specific geographic region. How can i play L4D2 in England. I have alrdy read the steam forums. Anyone can help me ? please!

I am andrew ryan! and im here to answer your question. you can buy the game from the UK/parasites... or... you could "torrent" it like all the other cheap parasites.....they took what they could never afford... but this is not my road. now would you kindly take my knowledge and do one of those 2?.
