如果無一個美國人要同你結婚， 喺果度冇人冇物， 即係你無父母或兄弟姊妹在美國， 又無人會請你到美國做工。你想去美國只可以申請旅遊簽證，如果你夠條件， 美國領事館或者會批准你在十年內多次入境美國。 或者入境時移民局會批准你在美國逗留一個星期或三個月。
如果你想在美國留幾年， 要申請移民簽證。如果無一個美國人要同你結婚， 喺果度冇人冇物， 即係你無父母兄弟姊妹在美國， 又無人會請你到美國做工。 你可以申請投資移民。 你最少要擁有一百萬美元，你最少要用 50萬美元投資， 你可以慢慢儲夠錢， 再研究你嘅 3,4,5,6 條問題。 或者你到時唔會鐘意在唐人街租屋住。因為好多人在唐人街租房住， 或租牀住。如果你無合法途徑：即係你無與美國人結婚， 無父母或兄弟姊妹在美國或無人請你去做工。 你要留在美國就係非法逗留。會被移民局遞解出境。

如果你想去美國， 仲可以申請學生簽證去讀書， 不過你嘅目的係去搞生意。努力儲錢吧！

you have 3 years to save about 1 million US dollars,cash,then you can apply investment visa, but if you have those money, why bother to go to US?

1 million is mininum request for investment, half million is for conditional investment.-------- the US grovernment tell you where to do business.

if you have money, you can stay there, after 2 years you can changed to green card statue.

the rental in Chinatown is not cheap at all, the 1 bed room apartment---- about 400 sq ft can up to $1500 to $2000 a month. not included the ultilities.

5th ave and SOHO..? the commerical price is about $150 a sq ft/ yr. in 5th ave, $100 a sq ft / yr in SOHO.

yes they have store in second floor, but American people don't like to go up the stair to shop.
